1. You will need your member number, last 4 digits of your SSN and your Date of Birth
2. Download our Mobile Application to your Mobile Phone and/or other Mobile Devices (Android – Google, iPhone – Apple) by going to www.memorialhealthcu.org. Scroll down our Home Page until you see the box with the New Mobile App and Click on the link that corresponds with our phone type
After downloading your app from the appropriate app store, tap on the Memorial Health CU Mobile App icon to open.
