Our computer conversion is complete! As expected, there were a few minor glitches. Please check your accounts and if you see anything out of the ordinary, please notify us and we will get it resolved immediately.
I hope you have had a chance to enroll in our new online banking system. It is much improved. Electronic bills are now paid in one day. (Savannah water bills still take four) You may now apply for a loan online. Eventually you will be able to sign and receive your funds electronically as well. Please note that you need to re-enroll for OLB but the instructions are on page 1 and it takes less than five minutes. Also, you can now receive your receipts by email. Our hope is that the new system will allow us to be ‘paperless’ in less than a year, thus helping us save your money.
We do appreciate your patience during the past few weeks. If we can help you in any way, I hope you will call on us.
