Product Summary and Offer

AD&D insurance covers the insured credit union member in the event of loss of life, limb, sight, speech, or hearing, due to a covered accident. No one can be turned down for coverage.  Because no underwriting is involved, physical examinations and lengthy applications are not required.

The AD&D program offers you the opportunity to receive $2,000 of AD&D insurance at no cost as long as you maintain your account with our credit union. Also, you may purchase up to $250,000 of additional insurance at affordable group rates.  Members may choose individual or family coverage.
