Who We Are

Memorial Health Credit Union is a 48-year-old not-for-profit financial cooperative established in 1972. Our team works hard for each and every member by answering interest rate questions, qualifying new members, assembling due diligence on loans, setting up customized savings accounts, establishing direct deposits, and helping with new credit cards.

Memorial Health Credit Union has merged with several area credit unions and now includes these former entities as part of the MHCU family: Savannah Seaboard, Health Employees, and Coastal Georgia Credit Union.

We are owned and operated by our members and exist solely for the purpose of serving the best interest of the members.

It’s easy to join the credit union and enjoy the benefits of low-interest rates and fees. First, you must be a resident of Chatham County or an employee of one of our Field of Membership.

To apply, just complete a membership card and make an opening deposit of at least $5 to your share/savings account. Once you join, you and your IMMEDIATE FAMILY members will have a lifetime membership, even if you change jobs or move.
